If you have not heard about the Systemax company, you have probably heard about their companies. They own both TigerDirect and CompUSA.

I will never purchase anything from this company or any of their affiliates again after experiencing their

• horrible customer service,
• poor quality items,
• rude technical support staff,
• and deceptive return policy.

This website's purpose is to let customers know about the scam that is Systemax / Tiger Direct / Comp USA. You may think you are saving a few dollars by buying from them, but you will be much better served and will save yourself a lot of headache if you purchase from another online or brick and mortar seller. Beware of the rip-off that happened to me and may happen to you also.
